Font License (Simple Use License)
This license is a legal agreement between madebyjbmcgee.com (“Licensor”) and the person or business purchasing or downloading the font (“Licensee”). By using this font, you agree to the terms below.
1. What You Can Do
Install the font on your own devices (up to 5 devices per license)
Use it to create designs such as logos, social media graphics, print materials, and products
Use it for both personal and commercial
2. Web and App Use
You may use the font in website graphics (images), but not as a live embedded webfont unless you purchase a separate web license
You may not embed the font in apps, software, or digital products (like templates or editable files) without an additional license
3. What You Cannot Do
Share, resell, or give away the font file
Upload the font to free download sites or marketplaces
Modify, rename, or create a new font from this font
Allow others to use the font without their own license
4. Ownership
This font is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with madebyjbmcgee.com.
5. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
6. Ending the License
If you break these terms, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the font and delete all copies

Font License (Commercial Use License)
This Extended Commercial License (“License”) is a legal agreement between madebyjbmcgee.com (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing or using the font, you agree to the terms below.
1. What This License Cov
This license grants expanded rights for high-volume, embedded, and client-based commercial use of the font.
2. Permitted Uses
With this Extended Commercial License, you may:
- Install the font on up to 10 devices within your business
- Use the font for unlimited commercial projects, including branding, advertising, and products for sale
- Create and sell physical products (shirts, packaging, signage, etc.) with no quantity limit
- Use the font in client work (logos, branding packages, marketing materials)
- Embed the font in:
- Websites as a live webfont
- Mobile apps, software, and games
- eBooks, PDFs, and digital publications
- Use the font in video, streaming content, and digital ads
3. Digital Product Use
You may include the font in digital products only if the font is not accessible or extractable, such as:
- Flattened designs
- Non-editable PDFs
- Embedded app or software use
You may not sell or distribute editable templates where the end user can access or use the font file itself.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the font file in any form
- Upload the font to marketplaces, generators, or free download sites
- Modify, rename, or create a new font based on this font for resale
- Allow multiple businesses to use the font under one license
Each business or user group must purchase its own license.
5. Ownership
This font is licensed, not sold. All rights and ownership remain with madebyjbmcgee.com
6. No Refunds
All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

7. Termination
If Licensee violates any part of this agreement, the license is immediately revoked and all use of the font must stop.
